When and how accounts can be closed

  • Termination takes effect immediately
  • No refunds are provided for partial billing periods

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through German courts.

Users from other jurisdictions may have additional rights under local laws that cannot be waived or limited.

The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these Terms.
